What is happening in monitoring?

As for what we are doing in monitoring section:

• In response to incidents triggered by long communication time between pods in different data centers, we have implemented new monitoring of communication time between pods in two data centers Warning [refreshed every 30 sec.]

• using node2 as reference.

• In response to recent incidents that has influenced our big partners, we are implementing (work in progress) VIP monitoring that will show us problems like conversion in service that is lower than general conversion or just too low conversion on services that belong to VIP partners.

• Cyclic monitoring meetings - we organize cyclic meetings to decide what is wrong, what we can improve and how.

• We are starting a project of capitalizing our work in improving monitoring. Tasks that can be included consist of implementation of new monitoring, new solutions and conceptual work on new monitoring. We're trying to add these tasks in epic ICT-14, so we can easily determine time we spent on these tasks that can be capitalized. Why are we doing this? To improve financial result of our company, in this way we can hire more people, so we can work better and faster without straining people who currently work for Blue Media.
