Contribution of support lines in SD tasks

Legend:

1 line of support (ISS) - tasks that needed only first line support

resolved > startOfYear() and resolved < startOfYear(1M) and tags in ("first line") and project="Service Desk"

2 line of support (AM) - tasks that needed second line support but didn’t need third line support

resolved > startOfYear() and resolved < startOfYear(1M) and tags in ("second line") and project="Service Desk"

2 and 3 line of support (AM+DEV) - tasks that involved both 2 and 3 line of support

resolved > startOfYear() and resolved < startOfYear(1M) and tags in (multiline) and project="Service Desk"

3 line of support (DEV) - tasks resolved without second line support

resolved > startOfYear() and resolved < startOfYear(1M) and tags in ("not count") and project="Service Desk"

Tags used in filters were created on 03.02.2023, so there’s no data about contribution of lines of support beforehand. Tags are obligatory for task resolution.
