What is happening in monitoring? (07.09.2022)
The update for the project of migrating alerts from easyguard to zabbix-k8s.blue.pl/: tasks from ICT-2646 to ICT-2656 on jira cloud each means one moved alert, actually in the stage of tests and adjusting alerts.
The above made possible updating alerts for conversion on PIS payways by adjusting them depending on time in the day and day which was impossible in easyguard. That will let us eliminate some false-positive alerts and made our response for these alerts more accurate. Actually the case of conception of new triggers are in the hands of Kamila Świercz. Case of troublesome alerts caused by mail campaigns got reported to product in task: https://jira.blue.pl/browse/PRODUKT-2766. The analyze of these alerts resultet in the only solution being changing the way we're sending mail campaigns.
